Meet The Community Leadership Team
Courtney WestAssistant Director
Courtney received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus in Health Administration from Truman State University in 2018. Courtney is a Certified Health Education Specialist. She began her career in long-term care as an intern for St. Andrew’s in 2016 & 2017. Currently, Courtney works as a coordinator on the Memory Care floor and leads the transportation department. She is excited for her future at Brooking Park and St. Andrew’s.
Debbie FogelbachDirector of Nursing
Debbie Fogelbach, Director of Nursing, has over 30 years of experience in management. She has served as a Director of Nursing and a Regional Director with multi-facility responsibilities in Missouri and Illinois. She has worked in acute care settings with an expertise in wound care. Debbie was published by the Sinclair School of Nursing in 2004 for a skin tear prevention program for the elderly. Debbie also serves as a Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor and State Examiner in Missouri. Debbie loves working with the residents and staff and believes that by having knowledgeable, happy staff we have happy residents.
Andrea HoffmanAssistant Director of Nursing
Andrea graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors Degree in Science and Nursing in 2012. She has been working in long-term care since 2006, when she started as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a hometown nursing home while in high school. Andrea specializes in geriatrics and dementia. In 2018, she obtained her certified dementia practitioner license. Andrea loves spending time outdoors and also watching her favorite football team, the Pittsburg Steelers (“GO Steelers!”). Andrea brings a high level of positive energy to Brooking Park and is very excited to see what the future holds for our wonderful community.
Rev Jake DenapChaplain
Rev Jacob DeNap is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. A native of southern Illinois, he studied at Duke University and the Chicago Theological Seminary, and completed a Clinical Pastoral Education Residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Previously, Jake has worked as a chaplain in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and in Hospice/Palliative Care and served congregations in the Chicago and St Louis suburbs. Jake lives in St Louis city with his beloved spouse and children. He has a special interest in healthcare ethics, poetry, and the ways we create community. Occasionally, he is good at jokes.
Phil NoeDirector of Culinary Services
Phil delights in providing residents with a top-quality dining experience equal to the ones seen by patrons at some of the top restaurants where he used to work. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he enjoys sharing his love of Italian cooking and seafood, reminding him of his large Italian family where food is everything.
Marcia EgilsrudBusiness Office Manager
Marcia graduated from UMSL with an Accounting Degree and has been a part of the Brooking Park family for over 19 years. She loves her job and tries to exemplify the St. Andrew’s mission every day.
Holly WisemanDirector of Environmental Services
Originally from Chicago, Holly has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. She has lived in St. Louis for the past 20 years, enjoying a long career in hotel management prior to joining the Brooking Park family. She enjoys getting to know the residents and their families, who are some of the nicest people she has ever met in her career.
Dalton JohnsonDirector of Assisted Living
Growing up in rural Illinois, Dalton received his Bachelor Degree from Western Illinois University majoring in Psychology and Communications. During his time with St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors he has directed an independent living retirement community, managed a Medicare unit, and now oversees The Assisted Living Community at Brooking Park. Dalton loves working with the public but especially the seniors. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, watching sports, and helping his son become a great student athlete.
