Meet The Community Leadership Team
Tony AltobellaExecutive Director
Tony has dedicated his career to serving seniors, primarily in the St. Louis area, and he is very excited to join the St. Andrew’s family at Brooking Park. He has managed award winning communities and has developed dynamic senior care programs. Tony has long admired the quality services at Brooking Park and will work hard to continue that rich tradition.
Andrea UnzickerDirector of Assisted Living
Andrea started working in long-term care in 2006, eventually earning both an RN and a BSN degree after attending Eastern Illinois University. She volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association as a support group facilitator, and she considers her work at Brooking Park as a tribute to her Aunt and Uncle, who were both diagnosed with early onset dementia at the same time.
Brenda BallentineHuman Resource Director
After earning her Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Brenda spent the next 20 years in various Human Resource roles for companies such as Wonder Bread, Edward Jones, and Every Child’s Hope. She enjoys sharing a friendly smile or enlightening conversation with residents, and creating wonderful experiences at Brooking Park.
Marcie EgilsrudBusiness Office Manager
Marcie graduated from UMSL with an Accounting Degree and has been a part of the Brooking Park family for over 17 years. She loves her job and tries to exemplify the St. Andrew’s mission every day.
Jessica O'DonnellSocial Services Director
Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri. She has been working as a Licensed Master Social Worker since 2013 and has been with Brooking Park since 2016. Prior to coming to Brooking Park, she worked in advocacy and hospital case management/social services, and enjoys her time spent with the residents.
Holly WisemanDirector of Environmental Services
Originally from Chicago, Holly has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. She has lived in St. Louis for the past 20 years, enjoying a long career in hotel management prior to joining the Brooking Park family. She enjoys getting to know the residents and their families, who are some of the nicest people she has ever met in her career.
Mary LevinsonDirector of Rehabilitation Services
Mary is a St. Louis native and attended Saint Louis University where she earned in degree in Physical Therapy. Mary has been at Brooking Park since April 2014. She has been working in geriatrics for the over 20 years and has experience in a variety of settings. Mary oversees the Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy at all levels of care at Brooking Park and The Willows.
James GoehmanDirector of Maintenance
James has been in the maintenance field for more than 35 years, the last 4 of which have been at Brooking Park. He coordinates with the entire staff to make sure residents remain the number one priority.
Mike EnloeResidency Director
Mike’s degree in Human Service with an emphasis in Gerontology has come in handy during his career of serving seniors. He loves working with the residents and is proud to assist families in experiencing some of the best nursing care in the area.
Tatjana PilakovicDirector of Recreation and Wellness
Tatjana joined the Activities Department at Brooking Park in 2000 and has been the Department Director for the last 4 years. She takes pride in organizing social events for the residents and helps them keep a consistent routine of Tai-Chi, chair yoga, art, music, and reminiscence therapies.
Katie EastonResidency Counselor
Katie has been with the Brooking Park marketing and admissions team since May 2016. During that time she has held the positions of Community Outreach Coordinator and currently serves as the Medicare Admissions Coordinator. Prior to transitioning into long-term care, Katie had experience as a hospice community liaison, Hospice bereavement counselor and as a medical social worker. Katie earned her Masters of Social Work from St. Louis University in 2013 with a concentration in clinical work with families.
Shannon SiberskiSocial Worker
Shannon Siberski is originally from a small town outside of Columbus, Ohio. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University (Shannon is a die-hard Buckeye Fan). Shannon moved to Clayton, MO in June 2016 and loves it. Shannon has two children, a teenager boy, and a college-aged girl. Her career began in Teen Mental Health Case Management, and in recent years, Nursing Home Social Services. Elderly care has become her passion -- she loves working with seniors. You might find Shannon enjoying her hobbies, including in-line skating, hiking, and reading.
Phil NoeExecutive Chef
Phil delights in providing residents with a top-quality dining experience equal to the ones seen by patrons at some of the top restaurants where he used to work. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he enjoys sharing his love of Italian cooking and seafood, reminding him of his large Italian family where food is everything.
